| 1. Make sure all vehicle regos are in the system. 2. Resolve existing doubleups. 3. Enter your bookings to the system 4. Advertise your availabilities on websites. -
Make sure all vehicle regos are in the system. -
From the main menu at the top right corner, move the mouse to Administration, then click on VEHICLE SETUP -
Go through all the vehicles and make sure all regos are there. -
Resolve existing doubleups. -
Move the mouse to MY FLEET menu, and click on DOUBLE-UPS. Select each double up and allocate a new vehicle rego. Keep doing until no more Doubleups. -
Enter your bookings to the system -
Click on HOME. Then click on BOOKINGS. -
Feed all your bookings. Please remember that those bookings you enter some of the information will be visible to depots. Specially price, and pick, and drop off dates and cities. -
Note- once you select a vehicle type from the list. Regos for that vehicle type will be populated in the Rego field on the left side. Normally the system will suggest the first available vehicle, but you have the option to change it. -
When you enter all information click on BOOK. Another screen will open asking for credit card info. You may keep info blank if you wish, and click on Save & confirm. -
Advertise your availabilities on websites. -
After you finish the 3 steps go to MY BOOKINGS menu, and click on BOOKING SHEET. That will show you a graphical sheet outlining your bookings. Make sure these line up with you books, or synchronize your books. -
Also from the MY BOOKINGS menu, select VIEW AVAILABILITY LIST. That will show you all your current availabilities. That list is the base of all availabilities which are published on the websites. It can be used to locate availability manually, also could be sent to Agents. -
When all information looks ok. Move the mouse to MY FLEET MENU , and then click on FLEET MANAGEMENT . -
The main function is Reduce Rate by.... Click on the check box next to it, and select a percentage figure to reduce rate. Then click the check box next to Upload to specials page. Click GO when done. -
Refer to this page whenever you process 2 booking or more. This will keep your specials up to date. Customers searching for specials might book without asking for a quotation. -
Your availabilities are 100% online, i.e. clients searching for availabilities will always get accurate information as long as your bookings are up -to date. But availabilities with our specials are advertised based on standard rates. The following features will be added to the system in the very near future. -
The ability to modify your vehicle types descriptions and inclusions. -
Update your daily rate sheet for your vehicles -
Booking sheet will be changed to a graphical sheet instead oh the hashes and equal signs. -
Check availability will give more results so you can visually select the most suitable vehicle. -
Fleet management screen will include a reduction percentage on each line to allow customized independent reduction for each gap or availability. There is 3 user rights setup in the system. -
